This picture is making the rounds, said to be one Mr. Ramados, who came up with this solar power vendor cart. I'm wondering how much power he averages.

It's not clear to me what he's powering. Is he cooking? Cooling?

Maybe providing a charging station for cell phones?

I think he is running a cooler, and providing a charging station for mobile devices; but I don't read Tamizh, to be able to read the caption or article and tell you. :(

Caption says very little - "A courageous pushcart vendor in Tamil Nadu which is starved for power". Apparently, the PV panels provide him enough power to keep his freezer running. You can find more details in this report:
