Readington Balloon Festival
Saturday AM I attended the Readington Balloon Festival. Somewhere around 130 hot air balloons flew. I didn't fly in one, but got a ton of shots. Here are two picked at random.

$20k! And I thought ballooning was just a bunch of hot air. Gotta say, though, sticker shock has a way of taking the fun out of just about everything -- especially hobby horses, whether they are land-bound or not.
Kidding aside, expensive hobbies don't turn me on much, either. I'm all about keeping a low price tag (and a low profile) on fun with one or two exceptions, of course.;^)

Sounds like fun. I am going to find myself somebody who'll give me a joy ride in one of these balloons and float up with them. Hopefully I'll come back to earth in one piece.
