Any reason you shot it at ISO400 (like, was there a breeze?)? Seems like you could have gotten a sharp shot even with ISO100 and a shutter speed of 1/30 (for the same exposure as you have now). With a 3-stop advantage provided by IS, that would have yielded an equivalent of 1/250, enough to get you a sharp pic. Unless, like I said, there was a breeze.
Rajan, the camera was in Auto Shooting Mode (so says Image Browser). Not sure why it chose what it did.
