Ukraine - about oil?

The struggle for democracy in Ukraine may really be all about oil. Oil transit really, see this article from 2003.

I am sure.

But the big picture is that is also about imposing *free markets*--- where foreign investors get unimpeded access to capital and labor and loot the nations. That was the case with Serbia.

That is what is behing the initiatives to Africa (from both US and Europe); there is plenty of oil there too.
