The exposure is good, so is the colour saturation. One can see the highlights in the lower white portion of the goose. I suspect, however, that digital RAW would give you far more flexibility in post-processing, especially in opening up some shadow detail.
Thanks for your encouragement! The next Canon rebate, there is a DSLR with my name written on it :). Right now, Rebel 2000 + Kodak film + in-store developer + scanner is proving to be a drag.
